This hotel offers spacious rooms with comfy beds and even a dishwasher, but could use a fresh coat of paint. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a surprise party charge at checkout. The location is excellent for easy access to downtown Perth, but noise from neighboring guests could be disruptive. The dining experience was exceptional with a good range of food options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

Mantra on Hay was a solid stay where we felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were amazing, well spaced out with two balconies, clean, and sufficient for our family of 5 with 3 little ones, but the pricing did not match a 4-star rating. The location was perfect for exploring the areas we wanted to see, close to the beautiful Swan River and convenient for 24-hour grocery shopping, with easy access to tourist sites. The dining experience had great dinner options, with late breakfast times for a relaxed morning. However, there were some issues with temperature and the quality of certain food items. The facilities were convenient, with convenient car parking underneath and close public transportation nearby.
The hotel had some positives like spacious rooms but overall felt dark and damp. The service was friendly, especially at reception, despite some delays. The location was functional for our needs with easy access to the city. Dining was satisfactory with room for improvement.
